| 摘 要： | 以丙酮-水体系为溶剂，对杜仲叶黄酮类成分提取工艺进行研究。采用单因素试验法对影响总黄酮提取率的主要因素进行分析，然后利用正交试验优化提取总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。研究表明：杜仲叶提取黄酮类成分的最佳条件为：提取温度65℃，丙酮浓度50％，料液比1：16，提取时间2h，浸提2次。在最佳条件下总黄酮提取率为1．86％，总黄酮提取物得率17．01％，总黄酮含量10．96％。
