| 摘 要： | 为解决板式换热器因被堵塞造成连续运行时间短的问题，从药剂配方、投加方式以及运行工艺等方面分析原因并进行调整，解决了板式换热器堵塞问题，板式换热器原来只能连续运行144h ,现已能连续运行1430h，确认乙厂药适合于这套循环水装置。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem that board type heat exchanger couldn't run continuously for a long time due to getting jammed easily. The reasons of it are analyzed and adjusted in respect of the component of chemicals, the ways of feeding and the running techniques. In the past the board type heat exchanger could only run 144 hours continuously. Now it can run 1 430 hours continuously. It is confirmed that the chemicals of Plant B is fit for this circulating water system. |
