摘    要:建立了人体血液中有机磷杀虫剂及毒品类、安眠镇静类药物的气相色谱检测方法。以咖啡因、甲基苯丙胺、氯胺酮、吗啡、安定、苯巴比妥、阿普唑仑、甲拌磷、敌百虫、对硫磷为待测品,利用微珠萃取法,对搅拌提取时间、洗脱溶剂量、pH值、溶液离子强度等方面进行了优化,结果表明人血中上述三类药物的最佳提取条件为:pH值依药物酸碱性而定,搅拌提取30min,洗脱溶剂量1.0mL,回收率均超过70%,相对标准偏差低于5%,达到实际案件分析要求。

Abstract:Gas chromatography (GC) analysis methods for the determination of organophosphorus insecticide, religious drugs and sedative-hypnotic drugs in human blood were developed. Caffeine, methyl amphetamine, ketamine, mor-phine, tranquillizer, phenobarbital, alprazolam, thimet, dipterex and parathion were selected as the target substances to optimize the extraction conditions of Micro-ball extraction. The parameters included ionic strength,pH value,extraction time and extraction solvent amount. The results indicated that the optimized conditions were as follows:the pH value of sample solution was adjusted according to the acidity and alkalescence of the drug;the vortex mixer shocking time was thirty minutes;the desorption solvent amount was 1.0mL ethanol. The recovery ratios of various drugs were more than 70%,relative standard deviations were less than 5%. It could meet the needs of actual cases.
