安全稳定自动装置风险评价及其检修策略研究

摘    要:介绍了基于状态量检修策略的概念以及状态评估与检修策略的关系,并针对安全稳定自动装置的特点,提出了状态评估指标体系、装置故障造成损失程度的量化方案、装置运行风险评价方法及其基于风险等级的检修策略。最后,通过对实际运行的系统进行实例演算,验证该方案的可实施性。

Abstract:The article presents the concept of maintenance strategy based on state variables and the relationship between state evaluation and maintenance strategy.The index system of state evaluation,quantization scheme of loss caused by device faults,risk assessment method for running devices as well as maintenance strategy based on risk level are proposed in accordance with the characteristics of automatic safety stabilizing devices.Ultimately,the practicability of the scheme is demonstrated via example calculation of actual operation system.
