电站锅炉引风机电流偏差大的原因分析及对策

摘    要:电站锅炉引风机电流产生偏差的影响因素较多,通过对引风机电流的定性计算和现场测试,详细分析了恒运电厂6号锅炉A、B侧引风机电流偏差大的原因,并提出了相应的改进措施。使得引风机电流偏差由44 A下降至5 A左右,机组运行安全性显著提高。

Abstract:There are many factors affecting current deviation of IDF in utility boiler. The problem of large deviation of A, B side IDF current of No.6 boiler in Hengyun Power Plant was analyzed, and by making qualitative calculation and site test of IDF current, appropriate improvement measures were put forward. The deviation of IDF current was reduced to 5A from the original 44A, with the operation economics of boilers remarkably improved.
