摘    要:介绍了固相法和共沉淀包膜法制备氧化锌非线性电阻粉体的工艺 ,并比较了两种粉体制备方法对氧化锌非线性电阻电性能的影响。与固相法相比 ,共沉淀包膜法极大的改善了氧化锌非线性电阻微观结构均匀性 ,因此提高了氧化锌非线性电阻的电性能。共沉淀包膜法是一种很值得借鉴和推广的好的氧化锌非线性电阻粉体制造方法

Comparison between Solid State Process and Coprecipitation Coating Doping Process in the Preparing Zinc Oxide Varistor Ceramic Powder
Abstract:The principles of coprecipitation coating process and solid state process are introduced, and their effects on varistors′ performances are compared.Compared with solid state process, the coprecipitation coating process has greatly improved the microstructure homogeneity of zinc oxide varistors, thus enhancing electrical performances of varistors, the process is a good varistor powder preparing method that is worth using for reference and popularizing from the point of enhancing the electrical performances of varistors.
