汽车冷却风扇叶片参数优化设计分析

摘    要:车辆冷却风扇是重要的发动机冷却散热装置,直接影响到整个设备的正常工作。基于叶片参数对风扇性能影响,进行参数优化设计分析。经过对参数分析,选取三因子,建立L9(34)正交试验表,采用CFD对各试验组进行建模分析。采用SPSS对结果进行分析对比,得到参数优化组合,得到优化模型。采用风洞试验对结果进行验证。结果可知:优化模型2比原始设计流量增加20.2%,而功率只增加了6.0%,而优化模型1流量增加为17.8%,而功率增加为8.15%;模型2结果更优,整体性能得到改善,风量提升而消耗功率降低;风洞试验表明优化设计结果的可靠性,也说明风扇的性能有了明显的提升,可以作为实际设计参考。

Abstract:The cooling fan is an important cooling device,which directly impact on the normal operation of the equipment. Based on the influence of the blade parameters on the fan performance,the parameter optimization design was analyzed. Through the parameter effect analysis,three factors were selected,and the L9(34) orthogonal test table was established. The each group parameters were modeled and analyzed based on CFD. The results were analyzed and compared by SPSS,and the optimal combination of parameters was obtained to get the optimal model. The results were verified by the wind tunnel test. The results show that the optimization model 2 increased by 20.2% than the original design on flow,while the power increases only by 6.0%,while the optimization model 1 increases by 17.8% on the flow and the power increase by 8.15%. The model 2 results are better and the overall performance is improved. Air flow increases and power consumption decreases. The wind tunnel test shows that the reliability of the optimized design results,and also shows that the performance of the fan has been significantly improved. Those can be used as a reference for actual design.
