沥青路面结构温度随深度变化规律研究

摘    要:基于实际运营的沥青路面试验段,通过埋设温度传感器对不同深度的沥青层结构温度进行长期数据采集和总结分析工作,研究了大气温度与路表温度的相关关系,以及沥青路面结构温度随深度的变化规律。结果表明,相对于大气温度,路面结构温度变化存在明显的滞后性,两者显著相关;同时路面结构层的温度与路表温度变化存在良好的关系,在考虑晴、雨天的影响条件下,建立了路面结构温度与路表温度、结构层深度、时间等因素的预估模型;分析证明,该模型计算数据与实测温度高度吻合,且可适用于不同结构的沥青路面。

Abstract:Based on test section of asphalt pavement in operation, a series of temperature sensors were buried and arranged for the long-term data collection and summary analysis of the temperature at different depth of the pavement structure, the correlation between atmospheric temperature and temperature of pavement surface was investigated, and the variation rule of temperature of asphalt pavement structure with the depth was also studied. It is found that with respect to the atmospheric temperature, the temperature change of pavement structure has an obvious hysteretic behavior, and they are remarkably correlated. In addition, the temperature of pavement structure has a good correlation with the change of pavement surface temperature, and with the influences of sunny day and rainy day conditions considered, a prediction model of pavement structure temperature was established with the pavement surface temperature, the depth of structural layer, time, etc., considered. It is shown that the calculation data of the model have a very good agreement with the measured temperature, and it can be applied to various asphalt pavement structures.
