CO在SrO表面吸附的热脱附

摘    要:在真空条件下,利用程序升温热脱附方法测量CO吸附在SrO表面的脱附谱.实验结果表明,SrO吸附C^18O后,在升温过程中可通过氧的同位素交换生成C^16O而脱附,同时伴随少量C^18O的直接脱附,其波峰温度分别为430 K和420 K,属于二级脱附过程.

Abstract:Thermal desorption of CO on SrO surface in vacuum was studied by temperature programmed desorption(TPD),quadrupole mass spectrometer(QMS) and Auger electron spectroscopy(AES).The results show that after C~(18)O adsorbed on SrO surface,C~(16)O,which formed in the course of heating because of exchange of oxygen isotopes,elcapes from SrO surface,accompanied by a small amount of C~(18)O desorption.The desorption peak temperatuers of C~(16)O and C~(18)O are 430 K and 420 K,respectively.C~(18)O desorption on SrO surface is classified as the 2~(nd) order desorption.
