虚拟制造系统多任务仿真方案设计与实现

摘    要:研究了面向对象Petri网建模方法与多任务软件设计技术,以PMC加工过程为对象,分析了FMC多任务建模特征,建立了虚拟制造系统多任务Petri网模型,设计了FMC多任务仿真实施广泛和同步控制策略。实践表明,虚拟制造系统多任务仿真理论是合理的,其实施技术是可行的。

Abstract:With the application of Virtual Reality, Manufacturing industry is facing with the increasing demands in realistic simulation. It is emphasized on the modeling geometry and action feature of manufacturing entity in multi-task simulation of Virtual Manufacturing System (VMS). Based on the former research fruits of VMS, it is studied on the Object-Oriented Petri modeling and multi-task programming. The multi-task modeling features of FMC are analyzed with the case of FMC processing. The Petri model of multi-task for FMC is established. The schemas of carrying out multi-task simulation for FMC are designed. Experiments were carried out to show that the theories and methods above-mentioned are reasonable and feasibile.
