摘    要:简介了HPF法焦炉煤气脱硫工艺及其特点,指出了生产中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决措施:选择质量稳定的催化剂以保证脱硫效果;控制初冷温度为25℃,初冷塔间温差<3℃,以防止堵塔;控制再生塔空气鼓风强度90m3/m2.h ̄110m3/m2.h,为浮选硫泡沫创造条件;控制脱硫液温度35℃ ̄40℃,煤气温度25℃ ̄35℃,保证系统正常运行;采用焚烧的方法来处理副盐,缓解对系统的不利影响;采用碱液吸收再生塔顶尾气和连续熔硫,来减少环境污染。

Abstract:The HPF process for gas desulphurization in the Wuxi coking plant is described,some existing problems concerning catalyst,etc.and the solving measures were suggested.The initial cooling temperature is 25℃.The temperature difference between initial cooling towers is less than 3℃ to avoid block.The strength of regeneration tower is 90m3/m2·h~110 m3/m2·h to create conditions for foam formation during flotation.The temperature of desulfurization solution is 35℃~45℃ and gas temperature is 25℃~35℃.The by-product salt is treated by incineration.The flue gas from top of the regeneration tower is adsorbed by alkali solution.
