| 摘 要： | 以Rockwell RSView32工控组态软件在江西德兴铜矿大山选矿厂原矿运输控制系统中的应用为例，重点介绍工控组态软件RSView32的功能及有关应用，简单介绍了软、硬件系统的配置。该系统上位机为研华IPC工控机，下位机为Rockwell AB的PLC-5和SLE500。实际应用表明，系统设计合理，软件运行可靠，较好地满足了生产工艺的要求，取得了一定的效益。

| Abstract: | With employing the application of Rockwell RSView32 industrial control configuration software in control system of raw mimeral transportation production process in Jiangxi DeXin copper mine Jianxi as example,the functions of RSView32 and relevant application software are emphased and introduced the system configuration of software and hardware.The system is composed of PLC-5 and SLC500 from AB and Advantech IPC as the host computer.The practical application shows that the design of the system is reasonable,software operation is reliable,the requirement of the production technique has been satisfied and certain effectiveness is obtained. |
