| 摘 要： | 在起下钻作业时,双吊卡和手提式卡瓦作业方式存在着工人劳动强度大,工作效率低,安全性能差等问题;现有的动力卡瓦存在自动化程度低,卡瓦体工作高度高,国外卡瓦价格昂贵等问题。新型气动卡瓦体的工作高度低,可自动刮泥,并具有安装操作简便、自动化程度高、悬挂能力大等特点。在钻井生产中推广应用新型气动钻杆卡瓦,可减轻工人劳动强度,提高工作效率。

| Abstract: | The problems of handling heavy clips,low working efficiency and low safety,the hidden trouble of safety exit in practical working condition.A new type of Pneumatic Clip for Oil drilling rig is developed. The applications in the field shows its advantages as simple installation and easy operation,high automa- tion,avoiding safety emergency,lessening hard work,scraping the drilling mud off.Now,this type of clip has been used in oilfield. |
