基于虚拟仪器技术的X射线成像系统

摘    要:设计了一套X射线成像系统.该系统以虚拟仪器技术为设计思想,采用调用动态链接库驱动图像采集卡进行图像采集,在Labview软件平台下进行X射线图像信号的处理,并结合相应的硬件设备,得到X射线透视后的图像,实现了X射线对不透明物体的检查.该方案既利用了Labview图形化编程的方便和虚拟仪器强大的开发功能,又降低了系统的开发成本.实验结果证明了该方案的可行性.

Abstract:A set of X-ray imaging system is introduced. With the application of virtual instrument technology,the image acquisition board is driven by means of Call Library Function Node offered by Labview and the X-ray image signal is processed to display on Labview platform in this X-ray imaging system. With the combination of corresponding hardware components ,the radiation perspective image is acquired. The experimental results show the feasibility of this design,realizing the inspection of non-transparent objects. The design makes use of the convenience of Labview graphic progrmmning and the development function of virtual instnmaent as well as reduces the cost of the system.
