微阶段磨矿技术在铜矿山的应用研究

摘    要:微阶段化磨矿技术率先在铜陵有色金属(集团)公司金口岭铜矿转炉渣磨矿生产系统研究成功以来, 现已在公司狮子山铜矿和安庆铜矿推广应用, 经过生产考查对比, 取得了在磨机运转电流和磨矿分级产品细度不降低的情况下台时处理能力分别提高16%、6.5%和8%以上的成果, 获得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:[HJ*5/9]Micro-stage grinding technique was firstly developed for the grinding system for rotary furnace slag in Jinkouling Copper Mine of Tongling Nonferrous Metals(Group).Now this technique has been extendedly applied in Shizishan and Anqing Copper Mines of Tongling Nonferrous Metals(Group).After examination and comparison in the production,it is found that the throughput capacity per hour of the ball mill can be separately increased by more than 16%,6.5%,and 8%,with the same electrical current for the mill and the same fineness for the graded products.It has really brought a good economic benefit to Copper Mines.
