| 摘 要： | 虚拟社区的实体化是虚拟社区发展的一个新现象,本质上是虚拟社区的应用与产业化发展,在其实体化的过程中伴随着城市空间的重塑。南京西祠街区是依照"西祠胡同"虚拟社区设计建设的一个在现实空间中真实运行的城市社区,属于典型的虚拟社区实体化现象。虚拟社区的实体化有其产生需求与作用机制,并且在物质空间、社会空间、文化空间等方面呈现出空间发展特征。
