稀土改性SO_4~(2-)/TiO_2对合成莰烯的催化作用研究

摘    要:筛选出三种稀土改性催化剂SO2-4/TiO2-La2O3、SO2-4/TiO2-CeO2、SO2-4/TiO2-Nd2O3催化α-蒎烯合成莰烯的反应。考察了La3+、Ce4+、Nd3+浓度、反应温度、反应时间对转化率和产物分布的影响。确定在130℃反应均为一级反应,反应速率常数分别为3.964×10-1h-1、5.262×10-1h-1和5.313×10-1h-1。

Abstract:Three kinds of catalysts, SO 2- 4/TiO 2 La 2O 3, SO 2- 4/TiO 2 CeO 2 and SO 2- 4/TiO 2 Nd 2O 3, were used for synthesis of camphene from α pinene. The effects of concentration of La 3+ ,Ce 4+ ,Nd 3+ , reaction temperature and reaction time on conversion and product distributions were also investigated. It was found that the reaction was of the first order at 130℃. The reaction rate constant was 3.964×10 -1 h -1 , 5.262×10 -1 h -1 and 5.313×10 -1 h -1 , respectively.
