| 摘 要： | 阐述了气候变化的严峻形势及全球采取国际合作的应对措施，将碳排放交易分为项目交易和配额交易2i类，并介绍了全球清洁发展机制（CDM）项目的开展情况及国际碳排放配额交易体系。在研究我国CDM项目开发现状及风险的基础上，提出了我国CDM的发展前景及碳排放交易的远景展望。在给出碳排放交易框架性研究及发展对策的同时，也指出了下一步碳排放交易机制比较研究的必要性。
