氨苄青霉素三水酸水解工艺的研究

摘    要:目的:获得氨苄青霉素三水酸水解反应需要控制的最佳pH值。方法:测定两种温度下不同pH值时的氨苄青霉素三水酸的溶解度,作为溶解度-pH值的关系曲线,并回归分析得到溶解度-pH值的回归方程,经计算推测出氨苄青霉素三水酸的溶解度最大时的pH值。结果:pH值为1.0时,氨苄青霉素三水酸的溶解度最大。结论:水解反应控制pH值为1.0时,水解反应完全,无结晶析出,收率高。

Abstract:Objective: To obtain the best value of pH using the hydrolysis process of ampicillin trihydrate. Methods: assay solubility of ampicillin trihydrate at two temperatures with different pH. Draw the related curve between solubility and pH, obtained regression equation. Suspected the pH under the max. of solubility of ampicillin trihydrate by calculation. Results: when pH is 1.0, solubility of ampicillin trihydrate is at the maximum. Conclusion: when pH is 1.0, hydrolys is completely, no crystal of ampicillin trihydrate precipitated, the ratio obtained ampicillin trihydrate is high.
