催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯

摘    要:研究以催化树脂为催化剂合成柠檬酸三丁酯。探讨了催化剂用量,反应温度,酸醇摩尔比,反应时间和搅拌速度等因素对反应结果的影响。确定最佳反应条件为:酸醇比摩尔比=1:35,反应温度不超过140℃,催化剂用量8g,反应时间4h,搅拌速度400r/min。在此条件下,经液相色谱检测,柠檬酸三丁酯酯亿率足96.32%以上,催化剂可以重复使用。

Abstract:Esterification of citric acid and n-butanol was carried out using catalyzed resin as the catalyst. The main factors, including quantity of the catalyst, reaction temperature, molar ratio of reactants, reaction time and mixing speed, were investigated. The optimum reaction condition was determined as follows: citric-acid to n-butanol molar ratio = 1 : 3.5, reaction temperature within 140 ℃, reaction time 4 h, quantity of the catalyst 8 g, mixing speed 400 r/min, with conversion can reach to 96.32 %. The experimental result showed that the catalyzed resin had high activity and stability.
