南方电力市场建设和模拟运行

Construction and Simulative Operation of South China Electricity Market

In this paper the phased mission,market subject,matchmaking transaction mode of South China electricity market(SCEM) and its feature versus other domestic regional electricity markets are presented.The situation and features of simulative operation of SCEM in recent two years are summarized and the obtained achievements are concluded.The problems that will be faced with during the construction of SCEM are pointed out,including constructing SCEM based on actual situation of South China power grid,the coordinate development of the construction of SCEM with the economy of five provinces and autonomous region in South China and power transmission from West China to East China,the benign linking up of the reform of energy saving power generation dispatching mode with the marketization process of South China power grid,etc.
