| 摘 要： | 针对油田电动钻机工作时负荷工况复杂多变,钻井区域环境恶劣,对电动钻机配套动力柴油发电机组的要求较高,通过分析电动钻机工作时的负荷变化情况以及现场操作使用数据,确认新型柴油发电机组满足电动钻机的工况需求。实际应用数据可为电动钻机配套柴油发电机组的设计以及柴油机共轨系统的标定提供依据;也可供相关设备厂家借鉴。

| Abstract: | Oilfield electric drills are working under complicated and changeful loads, and the environment of drilling region is bad, thus they always have higher requirements on the diesel gensets which supply power for the electric drills. Through analysis of the drilling load changes and site operation data, the new type of diesel gensets were verified to satisfy the working condtion of electric drills. The application data provide reference for the design of diesel gensets applied to electric drills, as well as the calibration of common rail system of diesel engines. These data are also valuable for related equipment factories. |
