水性镍基电磁屏蔽涂料的研究

摘    要:叙述了水性镍基电磁屏蔽涂料的制作及涂层的有关性能,探讨了水、温度、涂层厚度等因素对屏蔽涂层的电阻率及电磁屏蔽效能的影响规律。试验表明,在频率为9KHz-1000MHz范围内,屏蔽效能为45-60dB。

Abstract:An electromagnetic shielding coating based on conductive Ni powders wa s developed,the prparation technology and the properties of the coatings were investigated.The influences of water,temperature,thickness of coatings on electromagnetic shielding effectiveness were discussed.The experimental results show that the s hielding efficiency is from 45dB to 60dB at the range of frequency from 9kHz to 1000MHz.
