铝合金化学转化处理技术的进展及工业应用

摘    要:综述了铝合金有机涂层化学转化处理技术的进展,铬化和磷铬化处理是我国当前工业的主要处理方式。鉴于处理考察,无铬转化处理必然是发展方向,重点介绍了无铬转化处理中比较成功的钛锆络合物体系,介绍了其发展水平,反应机理和性能特征。

Abstract:The review presented the advancement of chemical conversion treatments for organic coatings of alu-minum alloys. Chromating and phosphochromating were currently the main methods in China. Considering the environ-ment protection, chrome-free conversion had become a promising perspective pretreatment. The titanium/zirconium complex treatment that was great success in chrome-free conversion was comprehensively introduced such as the devel-opment status, reaction mechanism and performance characteristics.
