国内外梳棉机针布的发展趋势

通过对国内外近20家针布公司的产品样本提供的信息进行分析归纳,对相关参数进行计算比较,并查阅国内相关文献信息,在此基础上,通过与十年前各类针布的统计数据进行对比,得出梳棉机锡林、道夫、盖板、固定盖板、分梳板等的发展趋势,即随着梳棉机产量的提高,锡林针布继续向矮(齿高)、薄(基厚)、密(齿密)、小(前角余角)的趋势发展,横纵向齿密比有进一步加大的趋势;道夫针布横向齿密有增大趋势,但总体上密度没有明显变化;刺辊下分梳板的齿密呈进一步增加的趋势。

Development Tendency of Clothing on a Carding Machine Both at Home and Abroad

In order to study development tendency of clothing on a carding machine both at home and abroad,samples from almost 20 clothing companies were analyzed and summarized.Relevant parameters were compared with those of different clothing 10 years ago by computing.The results show that,with the increase of a carding machine production,cylinder clothing is shorter(tooth height),thinner(base thickness),denser(tooth density) and smaller(complementary of front angle),and its ratio between horizontal direction tooth density and vertical direction one is larger.Doffer clothing tooth density in horizontal direction becomes larger,but its overall density hasn't changed remarkably.The tooth density of carding plate under licker-in is larger.
