| 摘 要： | 介绍本装置在超负荷运行时提高产品等级品率的经验。找出影响产品质量的主要因素是端羧基值和凝聚粒子含量。制定了几种不同负荷下的标准操作参数 ,确保特性黏度的平稳控制 ,优化TiO2 研磨操作 ,严格催化剂计量泵的操作和各项维护等 ,使产品的等级品率由原来的 110 %升至 14 8%。

| Abstract: | The experiences of improving the grade product rate of the PET under overload operation condition are introduced.It is pointed out that the main reasons for the decrease of product quality are the carboxy1 end group value and the content of agglomeration particulate.The standard operation parameters under different load are laid down,the steady control of intrinsic viscosity are ensured,TiO 2grinding operation are optimized,the operation and various defends of catalyst metering pump are stricted with,the grade product rate of product is increased from 110% to 148%. |
