铝及铝合金脉冲阳极氧化膜性能的研究

摘    要:铝及铝合金脉冲阳极氧化能提高氧化膜性能.论述了脉冲阳极氧化膜的形成机理,分析了影响脉冲阳极氧化膜质量的因素.研究表明:脉冲阳极氧化膜孔隙率低、纯度高、结构均匀而致密,耐蚀性、耐磨性、耐热性、电绝缘性、硬度等显著提高.

Abstract:The properties of oxide-film can be improved greatly by using pulse current to anodize aluminum and aluminum alloy.The formation mechanism of anodized oxide-film and the factors affecting its performance are described.The research results show that the anodized oxide-film by pulse current is low in porosity,high in purity,even and compact in structure,so that it has been greatly improved in corrosion,wear and heat resistance as well as electric insulating property,hardness,etc.
