| 摘 要： | 海洋石油161采油平台是中海石油能源发展股份有限公司的一个创新项目．也是胜利油田胜利石油化工建设有限责任公司施工的首座自升式移动平台．根据海工建造基地的装备情况和施工条件，在建造海洋石油161采油平台过程中采取了因地制宜的施工方法和建造工艺。文章详细介绍了平台建造中的重点和难点技术，包括主体建造、桩腿建造、桩机系统安装、机械甲板和生活楼建造、电热站安装以及平台下水等方面。该平台的建造任务已于2009年11月顺利完成。
