摘    要:气体润滑机械密封端面周向波度和径向锥度是影响密封低速运转性能的重要参数。以螺旋槽气体润滑机械密封为研究对象,采用有限单元法分别对周向波度、径向锥度对其低速运转性能的影响规律进行了分析研究。理论分析表明:在低速运转条件下,波度幅值及其起始角对螺旋槽气膜密封的各项性能都具有很大影响;密封端面正锥度的增加能使密封气膜刚度显著提高,但同时也使密封的泄漏量有所增加。

Abstract:Circular waviness and radial taper of gas face seal are two important parameters that have important effects on seal's operating performance.As a typical example,the spiral grooved gas face seal was analyzed with the consideration of seal face's waviness and taper through finite element method.At slow speed,amplitude and origination angle of waviness have great effects on spiral grooved gas face seal's operating performances.With the increasing of seal face's positive taper,the stiffness of gas film is obviously increased,but the leakage of seal is also increased.
