基于SimMechanics的一种六杆机构运动学仿真

摘    要:设计了一种六杆机构,利用SimMechanics工具箱对六杆机构建模,进行了运动学分析,并对仿真参数及机构几何参数改变前后进行了对比。仿真结果表明了仿真模型、运动学分析的正确性及改变仿真参数和机构几何参数实现预定运动规律的可行性。所积累数据为下一步机构动力学分析和机构优化设计打下基础。

Abstract:In the paper,a six-bar mechanism was designed according to design requirement.The simulation model of mechan-ism was built by using the toolbox of SimMechanics.Kinematic analysis was conducted,and contrastive analysis was conduc-ted before and after changing geometric parameters of adjustable mechanism.The simulation results showed that the simulation model and kinematic analysis was correct,and realizing required kinematic regularity by changing simulation parameters and mechanism's geometric parameters were feasible.The accumulated data laid a foundation for dynamic analysis.
