摘    要:介绍了φ16×3切分工艺在平-立交替布置轧机上的开发与应用。通过合理设计K6、K5、预切分、切分孔型、成品轧机前后立交导槽及相应的导卫,解决了出成品轧机后钢筋三线差以及切分后3根坯料在成品轧机前后顺利实现“水平面-垂直面-水平面”的转换等关键技术问题,成功开发了三切分工艺且用于批量产品生产,产品性能及尺寸全部符合要求。

Abstract:The article introduced the development and application of three-slitting rolling for φ 16 mm ribed bar at horizontal-vertical rolling mills. Through reasonable design of the K6, K5, pre-slitting and slitting passes and forward and backward cross guiding channels as well as corresponding guides of finishing rolling mill, the problem of three-line difference 'after finishing rolling mill was resolved, the "horizontal-vertical-horizontal" shift of three divided bars before and after finishing rolling mill was realized favorably, then the three-slitting roiling process was successfully developed and was used to batch production, and the product property and dimension met the requirements all.
