摘    要:发现单一有机材料 1 (2吡啶偶氮 ) 2 萘酚 (PAN)在室温下即具有电双稳特性。在真空中制成的薄膜 ,两边在数伏电压的作用下 ,即可从高阻态变为低阻态 ,且跃迁时间小于 10ns。由此可作为功能材料用于非易失性存贮器和过电压保护器等

Abstract:A simple organic material,1 (2 Pyridylazo) 2 Naphthol,or PAN,with electrical bistable property at room temperature has been discovered.The resistivity of the thin film prepared in vacuum can be transformed from high to low under a voltage of few volts.The transition time is less than 10 ns.This material is suitable for making non volatile electric memory and over voltage protector.
