触摸屏硬对硬真空贴合工艺的研究和应用

摘    要:在电容式触摸屏Coverlens和ITOsensor贴合的过程中,容易产生气泡和位置的偏差,针对以上缺陷产生的原因,对贴附机构做出了对应的设计,采用真空贴合、专用模具等方法,有效地消除了不良品产生的原因,显著提高了产品的良品率。

Abstract:In the laminating process of the capacitive touching screen Cover lens and ITO sensor,there is a bubble easily and the deviation of position.In the view of the above causes,we should make the corresponding design to the attached agencies and use vacuum laminating and dedicated mold method.In this way,we can eliminate the defect cause effectively and improve the products yield.
