水库和河流水污染控制系统的多目标决策分析

摘    要:本文建立了利用调节水库改善河流水质的多目标决策模型。借助扰动约束的多目标动态规划法,求出了在满足水库和污水处理厂群的各项技术经济指标、河流水体的BOD_6和DO约束条件下,水库在枯水期及其它时期的最佳发电出力和放流量、计算期内水库发电量与污水处理厂群运行费用的非劣解集。实例研究表明了模型及其分析方法的可行性及通用性。为河流的水污染控制及防治规划提供了一切实可行的分析途径。

Abstract:A multiobjective, decision making model for the river pollution control by the multipurpose reservoir is developed in this paper. By the ε-constraint dynamic programming algorithm, the problem is solved for various values of ε. The optimal output and release of the reservoir and efficiency combination of the waste treatment plants, as well as the noninferior solution set of the cumulative energy and operating cost of the plants are obtained. Through theoretical analysis and case study, the feasibility and generality of the model and its analytic method are proved.
