苯甲酸选择加氢制无氯苯甲醛的研究

摘    要:使用以锰为主要活性组份的催化剂,对苯甲酸加氢制苯甲醛进行了研究。在常压、420℃、苯甲酸空速~01g/(h·cm3)、H2/酸摩尔比为63的反应条件下,苯甲酸转化率可达98%以上,苯甲醛选择性可达85%以上,苯甲醛收率在85%以上。该工艺采用气相加氢,具有产物易分离、产品质量好等优点,具有较好的工业应用前景

Abstract:Selective hydrogenation of benzoic acid to benzaldelyde free of chloride by Mn catalyst is studied.Under the optimum reaction conditions,the conversion of benzoic acid is over 98%,the selectivity of benzaldehyde is over 85%,and the yield of benzaldehyde is more than 85%.Gas phase hydrogenation technology is used in the process.The products are easily separated,and the quality of the product is good.The process has a bright prospect for industrialization.
