马氏体基球墨铸铁磨球的余热淬火工艺分析

摘    要:马氏体基球墨铸铁磨球一般采用砂型(或金属型)铸造成形后,再重新加热进行淬火。若采用余热淬火可大大降低磨球的成本。本文从理论上对该类磨球的余热淬火工艺进行了分析,提出了实现余热淬火所需要的成分及工艺条件,并对影响余热淬火效果的主要因素进行了分析。同时,对采用余热淬火生产磨球时的常见组织和性能缺陷产生原因也进行了简单分析,并且提出了有效防止措施。

Abstract:Grinding ball of spheroidal graphite cast iron with martensitic matrix was usually produced by reheating and quenching after casting. By adopting immediate quenching, the production cost will be reduced greatly. In this paper, the technic process of immediate quenching has been studied theoretically.the conditions of composition and technics to achieve immediate quenching are put forward.The factors which affect structure and properties of the grinding ball are analysed,and the methods to avoid defects of the grinding ball are also proposed.
