摘    要:介绍了云南某黄金选厂磨矿分级工艺,根据选厂的实际情况,设计了基于S7-300 PLC和Wincc的磨矿分级环节的控制系统,给出了系统的结构、硬件、软件组成以及系统的主要控制方式。经现场实际运行结果表明,该系统控制精度高、调节速度快、抗干扰能力强、运行稳定,实现了选厂磨矿分级作业的自动控制。

Abstract:Introduced the ore-milling classification technology of a gold processing plant in Yunnan.According to the actual situation of the concentrator,Designed the control system based on S7-300 PLC and Wincc software.The structure of the system,PLC hardware and software design,and the major control method were given.The results of operation indicated that the control system offered high precision,quick adjustability,strong anti-interference capability and better stability,automatic control of the mill ore-milling classification was achieved.
