| 摘 要： | 5,6-二溴甲基苯并咪唑是 Diels- Alder环加成反应形成含杂原子的 C60 衍生物的重要中间体。以 5 ,6-二甲基苯并咪唑在 AIBN的催化下与 NBS发生自由基反应 ,得到 5 ,6-二溴甲基苯并咪唑 ,用 TLC分离产物 ,并用 FAB MS、FT- IR、UV对产物进行了结构表征

| Abstract: | 5,6-Bis(bromomethyl) benzimidazole is an important intermediate for making heterocyclic of 60] fullerene derivatives in Diels Alder reaction. Radical bromination of 5,6 dimethylbenzimidazole was carried out using N bromosuccinimide in the presence of azobisisiobutyronitrile. The product was separated and purified by TLC and 5,6 bis(bromomethyl)benzimidazole was obtained. The chemical structure of 5,6 bis(bromomethyl)benzimidazole was characterized by FAB MS, FT IR, UV techniques. |
