摘    要:应用衍射理论推导出了入射波偏心情况下的衍射圈计算公式。模拟的数值计算的结果与实验一致。同时讨论了偏心后衍射图变化的各种特性,并导出了偏心限制量计算公式。

Abstract:Rotational symmetry incident wave can trans formed into approximate nondiffract ing beam by axicon lens in theory. But when the wave is deviated from axial, and the intensity is not symmetry, the diffraction pattern behind the axicon will be changed. The intensity on some area will be increased, and fringe contras ratio will be decreased, and some fringe will become hazy. This phenomena can be analysed and alculated by the Frenel? diffraction theory. The calculated diffraction pattern is agree with the experimental result. From tile calculated formula of diffraction pattern, the calculation formula of eccentricity restriction call be deduced.
