介绍低熔点石蜡的开发、生产情况,找出了低熔点石蜡生产中蒸馏分离过程、酮苯脱蜡脱油过程、加氢精制过程适应的工艺操作参数以及对各生产过程的影响,针对生产过程中存在的问题开展原因分析,提出了进一步生产更低熔点蜡需在蒸馏过程、酮苯脱蜡脱油过程采取措施,达到既保证石蜡产品牌号又降低酮苯装置操作难度的目的.

Analysis on Development and Production of Low Melting Point Wax

The development and production situations of low melting point wax were introduced, and adaptive operating parameters in production of low melting point wax were found out, including the parameters of distillation separation process, the parameters of ketone-benzlo dewaxing and deoiling process, the parameters of hydrofining process. The influence of these parameters on the production process was investigated. Based on the analysis of problems in the production process, the measures to produce lower melting point wax in the distillation process and the ketone-benzlo dewaxing process were put forward to achieve the goal of ensuring the paraffin product grade and reducing the difficulty of operation in ketone-benzlo dewaxing unit.
