摘    要:运用;ANSYS;有限单元法来对聚乙烯装置最重要设备之一产品储料罐进行应力分析和疲劳评定,根据结构的基本设计参数将结构分成两部分,施加不同的边界条件分别进行应力分析,对两个结构选择不同路径进行应力评定,并找到应力值最大点,对此处做疲劳计算,结果均满足国家标准JB-4732-1995的强度要求.

Abstract:The ANSYS finite element method was used to analyze the stress and fatigue of product discharge tank as one of the most important equipments in polyethylene plant. The structure was divided into two parts according to the basic design parameters of the structure. Stress analysis was performed by applying different boundary conditions. The stress assessments of the two structures were carried out by using different paths, and the maximum value of the stress was found. The fatigue calculation on the position with the maximum stress was completed. The results met the strength requirements of national standard JB-4732-1995.
