摘    要:针对渤海B油田钻井过程中钻井液污染储层等问题,通过向完井液中引入有机酸YJS解除储层堵塞,采用离心法和激光粒度法对其中粘土稳定剂的种类和加量进行了优选,进行了腐蚀性能的测试和缓蚀剂的优选,并对优选的体系与原油和各工作液间的配伍性进行了评价,最终确定有机酸完井液配方为:海水+0.5%有机酸YJS+2.0%粘土稳定剂NWJ +2.0%缓蚀剂HHS;储层保护性能评价实验结果表明,优选的有机酸完井液体系能使污染岩心渗透率恢复值大于115%,不仅能有效地保护储层,同时还能一定程度的改善储层,疏通油流通道.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of drilling fluid contaminating reservoirs in drilling process of Bohai B oilfield, introducing organic acid YJS into the completion fluid removed the reservoir blockage caused by early drilling, the centrifugal method and laser particle size method were used to study the effect of clay stabilizer, and the compatibility of the system with crude oil and working fluid was evaluated. The final formulation of organic acid completion fluid was as follows: seawater + 0.5% organic acid YJS + 2.0% clay stabilizer NWJ + 2.0% corrosion inhibitor HHS. Reservoir protection performance evaluation results showed that the preferred organic acid completion fluid system made the recovery rate of contaminated core more than 115%,it not only can effectively protect the reservoir, but also improve the reservoir to a certain extent.
