| 摘 要： | 本研究在对氏铝劣质铝矾士进行低温燃烧或增钙活化的基础上,配以适量硬石膏制成铝矾士膨胀剂。试验表明,铝矾士膨胀剂完全符合《混凝土膨胀剂》JC476－92的各项要求,适用于不同产地的525和425水泥,作者认为,铝矾士膨胀砂浆或混凝土的膨胀主要因高硫铝C－S－H凝胶的形成和吸水膨胀而产生。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the study of bauxite expansive agent made by mixing activated low-grade bauxite and anhydrite on the basis of low temperature calcined low-grade bauxite with or without limestone.The tests indicate that bauxite expansive agent meet requirement specified in Chinese standard JC476-92"Expansive Agent for Concrete"and be compatible with grade 525 and 425 cement from different plants.The author thinks that the formation of C-S-H with significant SO\-3,Al\-2O\-3 and its adsorbing water are responsible for the expansion of bauxite expansive mortar of concrete. |
