| Abstract: | A 2-year-old girl lost both lips after an aggressive attack of noma (gangrenous stomatitis). After an unsuccessful attempt to reconstruct her upper lip, a bipedicled chin flap was used to reconstruct both lips. The cosmetic result was good and the functional result was acceptable. |
