| 摘 要： | 主要综述了农业干旱及其风险的内涵,从农业干旱风险分析、风险评估、风险管理3方面系统阐述了农业干旱风险的研究机理.建立了理论框架;归纳总结了农业干旱风险指标体系、风险分析模型等研究方法.农业干旱风险研究方法应用方面主要是针对农业干旱风险管理及对策来达到防灾减灾的目的,为制定防灾减灾决策提供科学合理的依据;最后总结了我国在...

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the definition of agriculture drought and its risk.From the analysis of agriculture drought risk,agriculture drought risk assessment,management system to elaborate the mechanism of agriculture drought risk,established the theoretical framework;summarized methods such as the index system of agriculture drought risk,agriculture drought risk analysis models;the application of research methods for agriculture drought risk is agriculture drought risk management and strategies,its purpose is to provide scientific and rational basis for decision of disaster prevention and mitigation disaster.Finally,concluded the study of history in this area,summarized the outstanding contributions in various stages. |
