| 摘 要： | 办学规模和办学效益是衡量一所学校办学质量的两个重要指标。如何求得规模与效益之间的最佳比例,从而使高职院校的教育资源得到最充分的利用并以最合理的办学成本取得较好的办学效益,是学校决策中一个值得深思的大问题。本文从高校办学基本条件中的用地面积、建筑面积、教学仪器设备值、图书藏量、学生用计算机台数、师资队伍等6项主要指标出发,探索我校目前条件下的办学效益。

| Abstract: | Size and efficiency are two important data to measure the operating quality of a school. It's a chief issue for school authority to consider that a most proper ration between size and efficiency is to be established so as to make most full use of education resources as well as reach a better school operation efficiency with a most reasonable cost. Considering six chief respects of our school at the moment, such as acreage, building area, instruments and equipment, library, computers and teachers, the writer tries to have an exploration of the operating efficiency of our school. |
