加晶种的油脂干法分提

摘    要:本文对加晶种的油脂干法分提方法进行了初步研究、提出了分离高熔点组分的油脂分提过程中,添加一部分被分提油脂晶浆液的方法。叙述了该方法的工艺要点,讨论了所用晶种的形状结构和数量,指出该方法在油脂冬化、氢化油或交脂油分提方面应用的可能性。并试以结晶动力学理论对加晶种的油脂干法分提的原理作一解释。

Abstract:Presented in this paper are the research results on dry Factionation of fat or oil with the addition of seed crystals. To fractionate fat or oil to remove the (factions with high melting points, this paper describes a method, in which, a portion of the crystal slurry of the fat or oil to be fractionated is added during the fractionating process. Also discussed in this paper are the important processing aspects of the method, the shape, structure and amount of the seed crystal used, and the possible application of the mcthod in the winterization of oil and in the fractionation of hydrogenated or interesterificated fat or oil. The principles of the dry frsctionation are explained in this paper according to the theory of crystallizational dynamics.
