含镍蛇纹石浮选降镁过程的研究

摘    要:
以四川会理蛇纹石为原料,采用还原硫化的方法将氧化镍转化为硫化镍,然后在pH值为3~5、丁黄药添加量为1667g/t、Z-200(乙基硫氨酯)添加量为1mL的条件下,研究降镁抑制剂CMC(羧甲基纤维素)、六偏磷酸钠、硫酸铜、硫化钠的添加量对浮选精矿中镁含量的影响。在适宜的浮选条件下,精矿中镁的含量可降低至7.15%。将浮选精矿分三段酸浸,可使镍的品位提高至4.275%,与直接酸浸法相比其耗酸量减少50%,大幅度降低了环境污染。

Abstract:
The serpentine in Huili Sichuan province of China is selected as raw materials in this study. Nickel oxide ore had been transformed into nickel sulfide by reduction-vulcanization. Decreasing magnesium inhibitors such as CMC (carboxymethyl cellulose ), sodium hexametaphosphate, copper sulfate, sodium sulfide had been studied in the condition of pH was 3 to 5, the dosage of butyl xanthate was 1667g/t, the dosage of Z-200 ( ethyl thionocarbamate ) was 1 mL by the effect on the dosage of magnesium content in the flotation concentrate. Magnesium content in the flotation concentrate could decrease to 7.15% at a proper flotation condition. Nickel content could increase to 4.275% after being acid leaching. Compared with direct acid leaching, the amount of acid could be decreased 50%, and the environmental pollution decreased significantly.
