石英—长石无氟浮选作用机理研究

摘    要:本文以江西某铜矿为研究对象,针对该矿矿石性质,采用浮选工艺流程选别该矿石。在条件试验的基础上进行了小型闭路试验,获得了铜品位为21.73%的合格铜精矿,且铜的回收率高达98.21,所获选矿指标达到了先进水平。经技术经济分析,该铜矿选矿加工性质良好,具有良好开发利用前景。

Abstract:In the paper it takes a copper ore mined from Jiangxi as the investigated sample,the separation of this ore is flotation,determined by the nature attribute of it. A lab scale close circuit test work is carried out on the basis of exploration results,and a copper concentrate containing 21.37% Cu is produced at a recovery of 98.21%,it gets a advanced level in the flotation performance. This copper ore has a promising prospect in concentration due to the cost-effective separation.
