| 摘 要： | 通过分析韶关发电厂９号机丁磨煤机出口轴颈损伤情况，说明该磨煤机已不能满足技术要求。经过技术－经济分析比较，选择了对该磨煤机出口轴颈进行强化修复的方案，修复后近２ａ的运行中，无出现异常情况，说明修复措施正确，机组的安全、经济运行得到了保证。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the serious damage of the 4th ball mill outlet trunnion of Unit 9 in Shaoguan Power Plant, it was concluded that the damaged mill was unable to satisfy technical standards. Based on the techno economic analysis and comparison, intensification repair scheme was chosen for the damaged trunnion. The stable operation of the unit thereafter shows the effectiveness of the repair. |
